F&B Support Staff - Under the direction of the FOH Supervisor and F&B Manager, the primary duty of the Support Team Member is providing service in all Food and Beverage Aspects. Duties include greeting guests as they approach the restaurant, escorting them to their table or waiting area. Ensuring that empty tables are ready to receive new guests. When a party departs, remove dirty dishes, sanitize the table, clean the seats and if necessary, sweep or vacuum the surrounding floor, serves food and beverages. All duties or responsibilities depend on the department needs.
